Students attending classes at 1227 2nd St. may park in the City of Santa Monica Parking Structure #2, adjacent to SMC Emeritus on 2nd St. between Arizona and Wilshire. The standard parking rates for Parking Structure #2 are listed below:
- First 90 minutes free
- The next hour is $1.25
- Each additional half hour after 2.5 hours is $1.85
- Daily Maximum rate of $17.50
*These rates are set by the Santa Monica City Council and they are anticipating a change in the fee structure that could take effect July 1st.
