Noncredit Career Development and College Preparation
SMC offers free noncredit courses and certificate programs for career development and college preparation for adults 18 and over. Whether you are interested in learning new skills or ready to jumpstart a new career, noncredit courses and programs can help you reach your goals. Noncredit Certificates of Completion and Certificates of Competency programs are designed to help prepare you for college credit courses or to develop skills to enter or advance in the workforce. Noncredit certificates cannot be applied toward credit certificates or an Associate degree.
