Language Lab Support Desk

The Language Lab Support team provides basic troubleshooting and technical assistance to SMC language students. Students can schedule an appointment with the Support Desk or contact the Lab Support Desk by email or phone.

Zoom Meeting Drop-In

If the Zoom Meeting is unavailable, consider leaving a phone voicemail message instead.

 

The Language Lab Support Desk is closed during all campus holidays, breaks, and when classes are not in session. Hours are subject to change.

Schedule an Appointment

To schedule an appointment with the Lab Support Desk, use the appointment scheduler below. You can update your appointment through the confirmation email you receive or by contacting the appropriate support desk assistant. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your meeting may be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel or modify appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
