The transition to college and university-level training in dance is a very exciting time, yet it can also be stressful and challenging to manage. Our department and college are dedicated to helping students through tough transitions and unexpected circumstances. The department chair, faculty, and staff can guide you to the proper resources that can help lead to happier and more successful college experiences.

The resources below are included to address issues that tend to be common with dancers and dance students. The most important thing to remember is to ask for help if you need help.
