Vitamin/Supplement Branding

Design Research, Product Design, Branding

Vitamin/Supplement Branding Graphic
Create and design a brand identity for a startup.

Problem

Buhay Nutrition was the brand I founded for this project. The concept for this project was to create and design a brand identity for a startup called Buhay Nutrition. The design for the identity included the logo, packaging design, advertisements and website. My role was to create and develop everything from end-to-end which included: graphic design, web design, and design research.

Insights

An insight that impacted brand identity and logo was the image of a Carabao (water buffalo of the Philippines) which symbolizes hard work and perseverance.

Solution

The brand was founded with the identity of it being for hard working gym folks who want to take the initiative in improving their quality of life.
The numerous sketches it took to get the correct logo design. This was the toughest and most important part because the logo would solidify the brand identity.
The packaging die-cuts further amplified the cultural aspect I wanted to include. Every piece is full of Filipino cultural facts, imagery, and graphics.
The final rendition of the packaging in full effect.
