Graphic Design
I am Victor Garcia a Graphic Designer located in West LA. I create designs for brands such as mock-ups, gifs, and art files for screen printing. I would like to work at a design firm that has creative freedom but still a strong work structure that will have me testing my skills on different projects. As a designer I'm inspired by how I cultivate an idea and turn it into reality. I have always had a deep love for art and design and how designers are the creators and facilitators of movements. My main career goal is to become a designer that has an impact with my designs that the youth can admire and get inspired even if they don't know my name. I want the youth to know everything starts with an idea that is brought to reality in a form of a shirt or poster.

Apparel Design
Problem
A problem was creating a design that everyone can wear for daily activities but also have the Save LA movement behind it.
Insights
An insight that impacted the project was collaborating with a local brand called Hot Rod and using their signature LA logo which helped boost more eyes on the project due to their history in LA. Also having the burning palm tree to represent LA needing help was a very strong message and fit the project statement.Solution
The final outcome was an immaculate design that got screen printed, advertised all over LA, and loved on social media.
