UX Design
Hello my name is Harry Craig Cain and I reside in Santa Monica, California. I am a graphic designer with proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud software, which include Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects. I desire to use my skills to help people and companies with the creation and developments of projects and brand identities. I am inspired by entertainment products, such as the UX of Capcom's Street Fighter 6, that are able to create good and functional user experiences while also injecting elements of style and character to its UX in a way that enhances the experience. My goal is to help enhance brand identity through user experience, I want to use my skills to work collaboratively with other people to help build brands.

Figuring Out What Works

Designing the User Experience of the Doing What Works Podcast Website.

Figuring Out What Works
UX Designer tasked with creating a wireframe of the website for the "Doing What Works" Podcast.

Problem

Create a website for the Doing What Works Podcast that is approachable and easy to navigate. "The Blue Economy" is a major concept that is explored throughout the first season of the podcast, because of this it is important that the meaning, importance, and value of this concept is easily communicated to the user.

Insights

Through research and analysis I was able to refine my wireframes. Through user testing I was able to gain new insights and iterate further. With each iteration came new insights on how to make the website more engaging.

Solution

Designed wireframes around being approachable while allowing the user to engage with their own curiosity. Important site pages are no more than 2 clicks away making navigating the site quite easy.
