Please confirm via an EMAIL that was sent to your SMC email on November 14th. You
must click the confirmation button in that email and respond to the confirmation question.
After you do that - please come to the SMC main campus on TUESDAY, Nov. 22nd. You
will need to enter Lot 1 from Pearl Street. There will be police and other staff directing
traffic.
Your timeframe to pick up the turkey and groceries will be assigned to you and confirmed
on November 14th & 15th.
Due to the number of cars, we are expecting, we ask that you do your best to stick
to your assigned time so we can effectively manage the line. Do not worry if the line
looks long, your groceries are confirmed.
You should bring your student ID or current class schedule, along with your confirmation
e-mail (either on your phone or printed out).
Public Transportation, Walking, or biking students only- You will get your Lyft
code when you pick up your groceries at the walk-up station.

No. Most of the food provided are groceries that will require proper storage, such
as refrigeration, and proper preparation, by cooking using an oven, stove, or some
other heating method.
Recipes and instructional videos are provided to all students on how to prepare a
Thanksgiving meal for even an amateur chef!
A waitlist will be made for students that sign up after the registration deadline.
You will be contacted via email if we expect to be able to fulfill your request.
Please try your best to stick to your assigned pick-up window. You will still be
able to pick up AFTER your assigned pickup window if you come before 6:00pm.
Unfortunately, no. You are required to pick up your own groceries. If you do not come
during your designated pick-up time and do not pick up your groceries by 5 pm, your
groceries will be given to another student on the waitlist.
No! We will have socially distanced walk-up lines on Pico Blvd near the Student Services
Center.
Students who request a ride home on the GIVING THANKS(giving) registration page can receive a Lyft voucher to their residence (some limits apply). Students must
have an active Lyft account before coming to pick up their groceries.

masks at all times. Mandatory social distancing enforced at all times.
