Although I came from the other part of the planet, SMC feels like home for me. It is impossible to believe that a girl who graduated from an ordinary school in Ukraine, now transfers to UCSD!
Going every day under the placards "your present matters", SMC gave me a push that I am capable enough to study hard. The college motivated me throughout 2 years and now I am graduating with honor!
If anybody told me two years ago that I would transfer to one of the best public universities in the country, I would be laughing for so long! Do not be afraid to dream and DREAM BIG!
