Jill Vacarra is a UX designer with deep and wide expertise in information architecture, user research, and content strategy. She has spent 25+ years designing human-centered digital products. Her course gives students the basics of the UX process and teaches them how to cultivate a UX mindset. She challenges students to see the world as a place that should and can be user-centric, where being user-centered includes understanding UX through the lens of environmental sustainability and humane technology.
