Olivia Regalado

Olivia Regalado teaches health and conditioning. In addition, she teaches modern and ethnic dance privately as well as dance therapy. She has also created her own form of modern-sacred dance for women of all ages.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies, and Modern Dance, which included Kinesiology from California State University Los Angeles. She continued her education at the National University of Mexico (UNAM) where she studied History of Latin American music, dance, and choreography. she also studied dance therapy from Bellas Artes in Mexico City.  She studied anatomy and massage therapy at the Institute for psycho-structural balancing.

Olivia has traveled and worked internationally as a performance artist.  While working for the Municipality for the Arts in Mazatlan,  Mexico, as a performance artist/dancer. She created a cross-cultural wellness and exercise program for older adults from Canada, USA, and Mexico.

Olivia loves working at Emeritus Collage. She has had so many kind and loving students, and looks forward to years of learning along side them.. May the adventures continue for a long time.
