TEACHING PHILOSOPHY & EQUITY STATEMENT

Learning is a co-constructed experience, both between students and teachers and among them. Learning does not start nor stop in the classroom, but it is a space in which it may be developed and practiced. My role is help students develop an understanding of how to maneuver, critique, and engage with various spaces with knowledge of their social world and to help others create a language of these understandings for themselves.
