Gloria Albert

I have been teaching at Emeritus since 1999. I bring a broad perspective to my teaching as I've traveled extensively and lived in several very exciting places, including Kathmandu Nepal and Freetown Sierra Leone, West Africa. I studied healing techniques in those countries as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine and yogic philosophies, meditation. I strongly believe we have the ability to heal ourselves and live a healthy happy life as we continue our journey into this next phase of our lives by learning some simple techniques. I teach with joy and humor.
