Summer Dates & Deadlines

The College will be closed and no classes will be held these dates:

• Juneteenth: June 19
• Independence Day: July 4

Summer Payment Deadline

• Payment Deadline: Wednesday, June 5 at 7 p.m.
• If you enroll after the date above, you must pay for any new class you add by midnight of the same day, otherwise you will be dropped for nonpayment.
• See Fees for more info.

 

Summer enrollment fee refunds are processed for 6 and 8-week sessions together.

• Refunds will be started on Wednesday, July 10
• Allow 3-6 more weeks for checks to reach student

Deadline to enroll in ONLINE classes including Hybrid classes by web.	June 16
SUMMER SESSION CLASSES BEGIN	June 17
Deadline to withdraw and receive REFUND	Visit Corsair Connect for class-specific deadline.
Deadline to withdraw and AVOID "W"	Visit Corsair Connect for class-specific deadline.
Deadline to apply for Pass/No Pass	Visit Corsair Connect for class-specific deadline.
Deadline to withdraw and receive GUARANTEED "W" (via Corsair Connect)	Visit Corsair Connect for class-specific deadline. NO FURTHER TRANSACTIONS ALLOWED. From this point on, students must use the late withdrawal process by submitting a Special Consideration Petition which requires faculty approval with extenuating circumstances. NO GRADE check needed.
Summer 6 week Session Final Exam: Finals should happen at last class meeting this week.	July 22-26
END OF SUMMER (6 WEEK) SESSION	July 26
Grades due from Faculty: No later than one week after the last day of class	August 2
