This workshop will provide detailed information regarding the cost structure of a Bachelor's degree and what funding options are available to student's. Federal, state, and institutional financial aid will be reviewed as well as unrestricted scholarship opportunities.
Are you interested in transferring to a CSU school, but you are unsure of what classes to take? Come to a workshop to receive guidance from an SMC counselor.
An SMC counselor will provide an overview of CSU campuses and share information, tips and deadlines.
An SMC counselor will explain how to complete the CSU application. The entire application will be covered line by line and questions will be addressed.
During open lab times students will work on the transfer application live (limited computers will be available. Personal laptops are encouraged). Bring copies of transcripts from
all colleges attended. Personal insight questions
will not be read during this time.
Information on the final steps to complete a successful transfer will be covered. For example, sending final transcripts, CSU GE or IGETC certification, and attending orientation at your transfer institution.
