Santa Monica Community College District offers District-Paid Group Life and AD&D Insurance to employees administered through Sun Life Financial. Following employee groups are eligible for the coverage:

Note: Temporary Employees & Adjunct Faculty are not eligible district-paid life insurance.

Employees will need to designate a beneficiary for this policy. The Beneficiary Designation From should be returned to the Office of Human Resources.
