Lydia Strong serves as both a Health Instructor and Head Women’s Basketball coach at Santa Monica College. Prior to teaching at SMC she coached and taught at Ohlone College in Northern California. Strong attended Chapman University in Orange County while earning a bachelor’s degree in Spanish. She also attended graduate school at St. Mary’s College in Moraga and also holds a junior college lifetime teaching credential.
